THE PROBLEM
HR cases required manual assignment to team members, adding avoidable effort and creating opportunities for slower handoffs.
MY ROLE
I participated in testing the automatic assignment workflow and validated the experience from the associate perspective.
INPUTS
I suggested improvements such as live pop-up notifications when a new case is assigned, along with additional ideas to smooth the workflow.
