Turning a repetitive Excel-based activity into a personal AI-assisted workflow for employee milestone communication.
THE PROBLEM
The original workflow required manually checking an Excel report for employee birthdays and then creating a greeting email card. That work could take roughly 30 minutes per employee.
THE APPROACH
I built a personal dashboard with Copilot that pulls the report, identifies upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, and prepares the greeting content. I can review and edit the draft before sending it on command.
THE CHANGE
30 minutes → 10 minutes of effort per employee, while retaining human review and control.
