People Experience Specialist

Badal Kalra

I solve people problems with process, data & technology. I bring People Experience, People Operations, client handling and process improvement together to make work simpler, faster and more human.

01 / About

A career shaped by people, service and smarter processes.

My career has moved from client-facing employee benefits operations at Wipro into People Experience at Optum. The common thread has been ownership: understand the problem, reduce the friction, and leave the process better than I found it.

I’ve worked in high-volume employee and client operations, handled critical cases, supported multiple projects, built Excel dashboards, improved SOPs and knowledge content, and automated repetitive workflows.

That experience has shaped how I work: I care about the employee experience, but I also care about how the system behind that experience works. I’m at my best when I can combine service, analysis and practical process thinking.
